The City Commuter electric bicycle comes fully equipped! From its powerful 500W rear geared hub motor, 5 levels of pedal assist plus throttle control, the Pedego City Commuter gives the rider full control. Thanks to the design and gearing ratios, the City Commuter can also easily be ridden as a traditional bicycle with no electric assist.

The 2019 City Commuter is available in 2 battery options that gives riders the flexibility to choose how far they can travel between recharges.
The 48V x 10Ah allows riders to ride up to 80 Km's / 50 miles between recharges. Live in hilly areas? Pull a trailer? Never want to run out of power, then upgrade to the large capacity 48V x 15Ah which allows riders to travel up to 120 Km's / 75 miles between recharges.
Each battery pack is lockable and removable. Recharging the lithium battery takes less than 4 hours and will cost you only pennies per recharge!
Pedego electric bikes are designed for comfort. Each City Commuter comes standard with either 26" or 28" diameter Schwalbe tires, padded and stitched grips, suspension seat post and a super comfortable padded seat.
