Scooteretti is pleased to partner with the worlds best international shipping carriers. During the checkout process you may select your preferred carrier. For items that include "FREE" shipping Scooteretti will select the preferred carrier for the ship to address.
For items classified as Dangerous Goods, we will ship these items within full compliance of all International laws and the laws pertaining to that shipping carriers regulations to ensure safe and timely transportation. The shipping carrier selected at checkout may on occasion differ than the actual one used for Dangerous Goods as limitations of the carrier may prevent Dangerous Goods from being transported to certain regions.
We take enormous pride in being one of the very few electric bicycle retailers who are fully trained and in full compliance of all international laws for shipping Dangerous Goods by ground and air. We have also been approved as a safe shipper by our partner carriers.
We understand how important it is to find products that you like, and as such we are happy to facilitate returns on most items (see below for details) to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

We will happily facilitate a return on most items (see details below) where the goods are unused, unwashed and are new in the box and are returned within 30 days of being received.
For change of mind returns, Scooteretti is not responsible for the cost of return postage. To process a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org -- A customer service representative will provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number by email to process your return.
Scooteretti cannot accept returns without a RA number. To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure that the form sent to you by email is filled out, printed, and packed with your returned item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Full refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
We recommend that all packages that are returned be shipped with a tracking number and insured.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different colour or size, please contact one of our customer service representatives at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Note: Return shipping back to us is at the clients expense along with the shipping costs of sending back the exchanged item(s).
While we try to limit which items cannot be returned there are some items we simply cannot take back.
Spare Parts: Items such as electrical spare parts, controllers, displays, battery chargers, motors, batteries etc….
Sale & Special Order Items: Unfortunately due to the great prices we have on these items, or if they were special ordered in, they cannot be refunded and are considered to be a Final Sale.
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by Scooteretti. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. Scooteretti is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by Scooteretti. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office / customs broker for more information.
Scooteretti is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Scooteretti is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
