The Riese and Muller Delite GTS builds on everything that made its predecessor one of the most durable cross country touring vehicles available on the planet. To achieve this hassle free reliability, R&M opted for the most robust electric drive system on the market; The Bosch Performance Line CX motor. Coming standard with two Bosch 500Wh Powerpacks, the Delite 25 is capable of reaching nearly 300km (185 miles) between charges. All the pertinent metrics of mileage, speed, battery, and trip read-out is beautifully displayed at a glance via the brand new Bosch Kiox colour display.
The Riese and Muller Delite GTS and it's integrated systems and technology is a true tour de force. With three quickly adjustable settings, the full suspension Control Technology maintains a remarkably rooted biking experience in all road terrains. Between the active rear swing arm, optimized front suspension, and co-sprung carrier rack, the Delite GTS maintains contact with the road despite the surface conditions and in turn offers some of the tightest handling, and highest safety even at high speeds. The Kashima coated Fox forks add a touch of style and smooth, friction-less response thanks to very low breakaway torque. The sum of all the Control Technology is the closest thing to riding a cloud.
The comfort of riding this beast doesn't stop at the suspension; the Delite GTS handlebars are weaved with a new arrangement of extra-reinforced carbon fibers designed to handle more flex and absorb the small vibrations that squeak their way past the full suspension and the ultra durable Schwalbe Super Moto-X tires.
Fortunately all this comfort is matched by the Delite's premium performance components. The electronic Shimano XTR Di2 is the premier shifting system; free of grinding and faulty operation, it's fast and high precision shifting is it's own delight to experience. Add its high resistance to muck and grime, and it's direct connection to the battery, and you've got one less thing you didn't know you couldn't live without. The premium performance doesn't stop there; the Shimano XTR hydraulic oil disc brakes offer the tightest braking performance available on an electric bike. With it's integrated Supernova lighting, discreetly mounted Abus Bordo folding alarm lock, and an innovative bottle mounting technology, the Riese and Muller Delite GTS will have you wanting for nothing.
